Ingredients:
- Onion - 4 chopped finely
- Tomoto - ripen 3 chopped finely
- Chillipowder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Sesame oil - 7 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Hing - Pinch
Preparation Method:
1. Heat oil in the pan, once it is hot, add oil.
2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and curry leaves3. Add the finely chopped onion, saute them till golden brown.4. Now add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook them till they are mushy5. Now add the chillipowder and tumeric powder, add 1/2 glass of water.6. Allow it to boil till raw smell goes off.7. Heat off the heat when it is semi solid.8. Garnish with corriander leaves.9. Serve with chappatis and puri.
