Puffed Puris


  • Wheat flour - 1 cup

  • Rava - 1 tsp

  • Water - required

  • Oil - for frying

  • Salt - required

Preparation Method:

  • Kneed the above mentioned ingredients together to a tough dough

  • Make small lemon size balls,roll it

  • And deep fry in hot oil

  • For the puris to puff up, when you fry then immerse them in the oil once.

  • They will puff up well

Serve hot with tomato curry or Potato masala
