Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Rava - 1 tsp
- Water - required
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - required
Preparation Method:
- Kneed the above mentioned ingredients together to a tough dough
- Make small lemon size balls,roll it
- And deep fry in hot oil
- For the puris to puff up, when you fry then immerse them in the oil once.
- They will puff up well
Serve hot with tomato curry or Potato masala
